Cold-Calling is a tough business. The build-up to the actual moment when your fingers touch the dial pad to when you finally make contact with someone on the other end is definitely an emotional roller coaster. So, it goes without saying that whenever we aren’t able to book an interview with a Leader we look up to, we get a little disheartened. Nevertheless, we understand that these Leaders have busy schedules. We all have different ways of dealing with disappointments, and this was our way of doing that today.
